Banana Brownies
Ingredients:
1 cup quick-cooking oats1 cup boiling water4 egg whites1-1/2 cups mashed ripe bananas (about 3 medium)3/4 cup packed brown sugar1/2 cup sugar2 tablespoons vegetable oil1 teaspoon vanilla extract1 cup all-purpose flour1/4 cup baking cocoa1 teaspoon baking soda1/2 teaspoon saltDirections: In a bowl, combine oats and boiling water; let stand for 5 minutes.In a mixing bowl, beat egg whites, bananas, sugars, oil and vanilla until blended.
Combine the dry ingredients; gradually add to creamed mixture.Stir in the oatmeal mixture.Spread into a 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. pan coated with nonstick cooking spray.
Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean (do not over bake).Cool on a wire rack.Cut into bars.YIELD: 4 dozen Nutrition Facts per Serving (one brownie): 51 calories57mg sodium0 cholesterol10gm carbs1 gm protein1 gm fat

my delicious lunch! an omelet with spinach, bell pepper, broccoli, tomato salsa, and provolone CHEESE folded over and topped with sriracha and more borccoli anddd a side of cucumber slices, baby carrots, and cherry tomatoes with sundried tomato and basil hummus. so good but my mouths on fire i think i used too much sriracha lol
